Here you will experience approx. 1.5 hours of Sami culture and history, including feeding the beautiful reindeer and have a close encounter with them.
After meeting the reindeer, chaga and dried reindeer meat are served around the campfire while you listen to Sami storytelling and immerse youreself in ancient wisdom and be inspired by living traditions that have endured for millennia.
You will learn about our way of life, living with and from the reindeers, and gain a deeper understanding of what joik (traditional Sami songs) truly means and is, and perhaps in the course of time you have learned how to joik…

Here, you will experience approximately 2 hours of Sami culture and history, including feeding the beautiful reindeer and enjoying an extraordinary close encounter with our tame animals, each with its unique story.
After meeting the reindeer, you will be served a traditional Sami dish. To complete your experience, you’ll enjoy chaga served in a guksi, a traditional Sami wooden cup, around the campfire while listening to Sami storytelling and joiking (traditional Sami songs).

After getting to know the reindeer, you will be served a traditional three-course Sami meal, including two drinks (mineral water, beer, or wine). Our expansive lavvu acts as a natural gathering place for cultural wealth and Sámi traditions, making it the perfect venue for coming together. Surrounded by the warmth of the fire, it’s easy to engage all your senses and truly immerse yourself in the Sámi way of life, particularly our food culture.
